Bushel Rebate Campaign Terms and Conditions

The Promotion is scheduled to run from May 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.

*Bushel is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking Services for the Bushel Business Account are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. Member FDIC. See the Bushel website and the Deposit Account Agreement for more details.

Qualification Criteria and Eligibility

All account activity is subject to standard fraud, misuse, and operational review. Bushel and its partner bank reserve the right to withhold, deny, or reclaim any cashback in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or failure to maintain an active account through the date of disbursement.

Participation is limited to account holders who maintain an active Bushel Business Account.* Eligibility and rebate amounts are determined by the selected subscription package and the fulfillment of specific account activity requirements:

Fulfillment and Taxation. Upon verification of the annual subscription payment and account connectivity, the rebate will be deposited directly into the participant’s Bushel Business Account. 

• Rainfall Package Rebate ($75):
  
  • Qualification: Customer must pay the $75 annual subscription fee and open a Bushel Business Account.
  • Restrictions: There are no additional balance or transaction restrictions for this tier.
  • Fulfillment: Rainfall rebate is fulfilled within 60 days after payment to Bushel is received. The rebate will be deposited into the customer’s Bushel Business Account.
• Lite Package Rebate ($199):
  
  • Qualification: Customer must pay the $199 annual subscription fee and open a Bushel Business Account.
  • Restrictions: 
    
    • Year 1: No balance or debit card activity is required for the initial year.
    • Year 2+: To remain eligible for the rebate in subsequent years, the customer must maintain a balance of $10,000 and complete 10+ debit card transactions for three (3) consecutive months during the 12-month subscription period.
  • Fulfillment:
    
    • Year 1: Lite rebate is fulfilled within 60 days after payment to Bushel is received. The rebate will be deposited into the customer’s Bushel Business Account.
    • Year 2+ : Lite rebate is fulfilled within 60 days after payment to Bushel is received AND balance restrictions and debit card restrictions are met. The rebate will be deposited into the customer’s Bushel Business Account.
• Essentials Package Rebate ($200):
  
  • Qualification: Customer must pay the $599 annual subscription fee and open a Bushel Business Account.
  • Restrictions: The rebate is contingent upon the customer maintaining a balance of $10,000 and completing 10+ debit card transactions for three (3) consecutive months during the 12-month subscription period.
  • Fulfillment: Essentials rebate is fulfilled within 60 days after payment to Bushel is received AND balance restrictions and debit card restrictions are met. The rebate will be deposited into the customer’s Bushel Business Account.
