Bushel Farm Cash Back Campaign Terms and Conditions

The Bushel Farm Cash Back Program (the "Promotion") is offered to eligible annual subscribers of Bushel Farm who maintain a connected Bushel Business Account at the Bushel Farm, Essentials, or Enterprise levels. This Promotion is designed to provide value to growers managing their farm finances and operations through the Bushel ecosystem. The anticipated launch window for this Promotion is May 2025 through December 2026, and it shall remain active until further notice at the sole discretion of Bushel and its banking partner.

Qualification Criteria and Eligibility. Participation is limited to subscribers who maintain an active, verified Bushel Business Account* and subscribe to an annual plan. To qualify for the cashback incentive, the following conditions must be met:

  • Plan Integration:
    • The Bushel Farm plan: Users who opt in and open a new Bushel Business Account or connect an existing one within the Bushel Farm interface are eligible for a Free ($199 value) annual subscription.
    • Essentials Plan: Users who opt in and open a new Bushel Business Account or connect an existing one and pay the annual subscription fee for the Bushel Farm Essentials plan are eligible for a $200 cashback credit.
    • Enterprise Plan: Users who opt in and open a new Bushel Business Account or connect an existing one and pay the annual subscription fee for the Bushel Farm Enterprise plan are eligible for a $400 cashback credit.
  • Retroactive Eligibility: If an annual subscription fee has already been paid in 2026 and a subscriber subsequently opens a Bushel Business Account, Bushel will deposit the corresponding cashback funds ($199, $200, or $400, based on the plan level) into the connected account.
  • Limit: Eligibility is strictly limited to one (1) promotional credit per unique Tax Identification Number (TIN).

Fulfillment and Taxation. Upon verification of the annual subscription payment and account connectivity, the cashback incentive will be deposited directly into the participant’s Bushel Business Account. This incentive may result in Account Holders being issued an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 1099-INT for the tax year in which the cashback is disbursed.

All account activity is subject to standard fraud, misuse, and operational review. Bushel and its partner bank reserve the right to withhold, deny, or reclaim any cashback in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or failure to maintain an active account through the date of disbursement.
