Bushel Debit Card Rewards Program
The Bushel Debit Card Rewards Program (the “Promotion”) is offered to eligible Account Holders who enroll in a Bushel Gold Visa® Debit Card1 prior to 12/31/2026. Cards must be activated by December 31, 2026, and the campaign shall remain active until further notice at the sole discretion of Bushel and its banking partner.
Qualification Criteria and Eligibility
Participation is limited to Account Holders who maintain an active, verified Bushel Business Account.2 To qualify for 1% back, the Account Holder must open their Bushel Business Account and opt in to receiving a debit card. The 1% back applies only to signature sales transactions. Ineligible transactions include transactions completed by using a PIN or an ATM transaction. Cash back rewards are calculated on net eligible purchases. If an Account Holder returns, cancels, or receives a refund, credit, or chargeback for a transaction that previously earned cash back rewards, the gross purchase amount of the return or refund will be deducted from the total eligible transaction volume for the billing cycle in which the return or refund processes.
If a return, refund, or chargeback results in a negative reward balance for a given cycle, Bushel reserves the right to offset or deduct the excess reward amount from future monthly cash back disbursements or adjust the reward balance accordingly.
Fulfillment and Taxation
Upon verification of meeting all qualification criteria, cash back will be deposited into the Account Holder’s Bushel Business Account within 5 business days of the month end.
All account activity is subject to standard fraud, misuse and operational review to ensure compliance with “governance discipline” and to mitigate “customer harm.” Bushel and its partner bank reserve the right to withhold, deny, or reclaim any promotional incentive in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or failure to maintain an active account through the date of disbursement. The overall business impact of this program is monitored to ensure core processes remain resilient and within risk tolerance.
This Promotion may be canceled or modified at Bushel’s sole discretion. If the promotion is canceled or an account is closed with accrued but unpaid cash back, the account holder agrees the cash back reward may be forfeited.
